We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our location, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding maintenance and support for their fitness equipment, aligning with our mission to enhance health and fitness across communities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, and repair a variety of fitness equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Keep detailed records of service activities and parts used.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on new products and technical advancements in fitness equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical repair or maintenance, preferably with fitness or similar equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Pay: £26,426.00-£27,500.00 per year
