We are looking for a passenger assistant to travel with our service users from home to school / college routes starting from September
Candidates for this this post must live in Croydon area
Our routes take approximately 1 – 2 hours and operate in the morning and afternoon during school term times. The hours are typically between 7:30–10.00 am and 2:00–4:30 pm although this depends on the route.
Experience is not essential, as we provide full and comprehensive training. You will however need to be calm and caring and able to communicate effectively with parents and others.
We’re only looking for the most reliable and caring people to join our team. Payments stated include holiday pay allowance and an attendance bonus for 100% reliability.
This is a rewarding role working as part of a team to provide transport for children and adults with special needs.
Requirements:
We are looking for patient, ultra-reliable people with a kind and caring nature.
A fully enhanced DBS (including Adult Checks) is required for this role (we can obtain this for you at our expense)
In addition, there is mandatory requirements for: First Aid, Safeguarding and PATS training (If you don’t currently have any or all of there, we can provide this for you at our expense).
