Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen.
- Previous experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is desirable.
- Passion for fresh food, quality ingredients and modern presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering consistency on every service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality, freshness and stock rotation.
- Assist with stock control and minimise food waste.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Help maintain a positive, professional and motivated working environment.
