Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, fostering student engagement, and delivering high-quality instruction tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Pay: £27,300-£30,930 pro rata per year
Hours: 16 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Fashion lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love of creative learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
- Organise activities that promote student involvement and community engagement.
Requirements
- A Fashion degree / teaching qualification is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area(s) being taught, with the ability to adapt content for different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education are crucial traits for success in this role.
- Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment.
