What you do:
- Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home’s residents.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Work with MDTs.
What you need to be:
- A Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration.
- Experience in a Nursing home environment!
