We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, efficient team member to join our hard working front of house crew here at The Queen's Head at Bramfield.
Previous experience in a similar hospitality setting, customer service or retail setting is highly desirable.
The role requires an outgoing persona, common sense and good health. You'll be able to work as part of a team, communicating with others or have the initiative to work alone.
The job entails providing excellent levels of customer care to our lovely customers, taking food orders, providing guests with drinks (including coffees), looking after tables, bar work, answering the phone, booking in tables and ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and good presentation in the public areas.
The position includes evenings and weekend work as well as some day shifts. Please do not apply if you're unable/unwilling to work evenings or weekends.
Shifts will be variable depending on business needs, so we do ask for flexibility but looking around 10-14 hours per week, with more available if desired in peak times.
In return, we offer a good hourly rate, tips, annual staff parties and free food from our menu when working over a 7 hour shift.
