The Facilities Co-ordinator supports the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Ovarro’s Chesterfield, Eckington and Denmead sites. The role co-ordinates facilities activity, maintenance, contractors, site services and related administration, working with Site Leaders, Operations, QHSE, IT, HR and external suppliers to keep each site operational, well maintained and audit-ready.
- Act as the facilities co-ordination point for Chesterfield, Eckington and Denmead.
- Co-ordinate planned and reactive maintenance, statutory inspections, servicing and site repairs.
- Maintain facilities schedules, records, compliance evidence and supplier documentation.
- Support health, safety, environmental, security and business continuity requirements.
- Manage approved contractors and facilities suppliers, ensuring work is safe, documented and completed effectively.
- Raise and track purchase requests, orders and invoices for facilities goods and services.
- Monitor site issues, defects and improvement actions through to closure.
- Support site moves, workplace changes, housekeeping and general operational support.
Experience and Work Achievements
- Experience in facilities co-ordination, maintenance co-ordination, site administration or office management.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders across more than one site.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, service schedules and compliance evidence.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
