The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant & Business Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and enjoys being at the heart of a growing business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Due to continued business growth, there is strong potential for this role to become permanent.

The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position providing direct support to the Director and Associate Director, while also working closely with the Operations Manager and wider surveying team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email, and website
- Preparing quotations for surveying and engineering services
- Booking surveys and coordinating appointments
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
- Supporting Directors and the wider surveying team
- Assisting with scheduling, reports, and project documentation
- Supporting invoicing, payment tracking, and general administration
- Maintaining CRM systems and accurate records
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, PA, EA, or business support role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident, professional and proactive approach
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in construction, engineering, or property
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Xero
