Job Title: Chef (Full-time or Part-time)
Location: Waterside, North Yorkshire Waterpark, Wykeham (Own transport required)
Hours: Predominantly daytime, single shifts (Guaranteed hours, rare evenings)
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven Chef experience in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and HACCP.

Forge Valley Roasters - Waterside is an independent, fast-paced cafe serving a vibrant selection of food from local suppliers to match our specialty coffee. You will work to execute quality daytime menus in a supportive, family-run environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh, quality dishes to standards.
- Maintain rigorous kitchen hygiene and allergen controls.
- Manage section costs, portion control, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate on the development of creative seasonal menus.
