Position: Multi-Skilled builder
Salary: £15.00 to £17.90 p/h
Hours of work: Full time, minimum of 37.5 hours p/w with overtime available

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join our team, working across domestic and commercial properties. This is a mobile role, primarily covering sites across the Midlands, with flexible working hours to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Builder in Coalville:
- Completing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks including:
- Carrying out general building repairs and maintenance
- Completing small area brickwork
- Small grounds work inc. paving and slabbing
- Small area plastering, rendering, tiling, and minor roofing work
- Remedial repairs
- General reactive maintenance
- Undertake snagging works as part of refurbishment and upgrade projects
- Maintain high standards of finish and workmanship at all times
- Contribute positively to customer satisfaction and ongoing client relationships
Skills and experience needed for a Multi Skilled Builder in Coalville:
- Minimum of 5 years’ building and costructions experience
- Ability to carry out other multi trade works
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship
