Paradise is Lichfield's oldest independent bar. Situated in a recently refurbished Tudor bakery, we specialise in quality cocktails, premium beers, fresh baked pizza and punchy street food.
We are looking for a bright, charismatic team member, who has a strong, positive work ethic. You must have high standards and good practices in addition to strong communication skills and being a team leader.
About You
- You must be self-motivated and have a proven ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Possess exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Have proficiency in restaurant POS systems
- You will have previous experience in all aspects of bar service
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
The Role:
- Co-ordinate daily front of house and back of house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
- Taking on basic management duties in the absence of the restaurant/bar manager
- Opening and closing of the restaurant/bar
- Training new members of the team and providing feedback to the management
