Kids Complex is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning & Floor Staff to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families.
This is a hands-on role where cleanliness, vigilance, and excellent customer service are equally important. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, use their initiative, and understand the importance of maintaining high standards throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and maintain tables, seating areas, toilets, stock rooms, and other customer-facing areas.
Clean, sanitise, and monitor children’s play equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Carry out regular checks of all areas and respond promptly to cleaning requirements.
Assist in maintaining stock rooms and storage areas in an organised manner.
Monitor play areas and report any safety concerns, damage, or maintenance issues.
Follow all cleaning, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to customers.
Support the wider team in ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Ability to work independently and use initiative to identify tasks that need completing.
Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Previous cleaning or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
Essential Requirements
Availability to work weekends.
Availability during school holidays.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
