Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed to maintain high-quality hygiene and cleanliness
- Engage with customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and providing friendly, efficient service
- Manage multiple orders efficiently by prioritizing tasks and maintaining excellent time management skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas regularly
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and serving to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards is essential to uphold health regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to serve customers promptly during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
