Creative Car Park (CCP) is a car park management service that helps small to medium land and site owners maximise the value, convenience, and security of their parking areas.
As a leading UK car park management company with over 25 years in the industry, CCP leads the way in the development of parking technology and was the first to use ANPR camera technology to manage and enforce car parking.
We believe that a car park isn’t just somewhere where people leave their car. The experience in a car park often leaves a lasting impression, and that experience typically means the difference to a user of a good or a bad day.
Our mission is to develop the very best car park experience for both site owners and car park users, for peace of mind, security, and value. And we care about great parking…even the concrete places!
We continue to develop creative commercial solutions to meet the changing needs of car park owners and their communities around the country.
CCP is experiencing rapid change as it develops and adapts to a changing market to deliver on its ambition to grow ahead of market.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the commercial launch and ongoing marketing of new products and services. Working across Marketing, IT, Sales and Customer Services, this role will coordinate product launches, develop compelling messaging, support customer communications and ensure every new product is successfully introduced to the market.
As we do not have a dedicated Product team, this role will act as the central coordinator for product launches, bringing together multiple departments to ensure products are market-ready and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the voice of the customer and market in product planning - feeding structured insight into what gets built, for whom and in what priority, and helping shape a simple process for how new products are decided and sequenced.
· Lead the go-to-market process for new products, services and major feature releases.
· Coordinate product launch activities across IT, Sales, Customer Services and Marketing.
· Develop clear product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
· Maintain a coherent product and brand story across the whole product suite, so individual products reinforce each other rather than compete or confuse.
· Turn technical information into customer-focused marketing content.
· Create product collateral across digital and physical touch points, including brochures, presentations, webpages, FAQs, sales guides, launch materials and in-venue assets such as car park signage and QR/NFC prompts.
· Plan and deliver launch campaigns across email, website, social media and customer communications.
· Work with Sales to equip the team with the tools, messaging and training required before launch.
· Support Customer Services with customer onboarding materials and communications.
· Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve product messaging and future launches.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and positioning.
· Monitor product performance following launch and recommend improvements
· Drive ongoing product adoption and engagement, helping clients get maximum value from the software so benefits are realised, usage deepens and retention improves over time.
Skills & Experience
Essential
· Experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing or commercial marketing, in a B2B SaaS, technology or software business.
· Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating across IT, Sales and Customer Services.
· Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
· Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical concepts into customer benefits.
· Comfortable in a fast-moving, under-resourced, wear-many-hats environment.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable
· Has been through a services-to-product or product-led transition before.
· Has been an early product hire at a seed or Series A-B start-up, a founding product person, or ex-founder of a small software product.
· Experience driving product adoption and retention, not just launch.
Working Pattern
· Office-based role in London
