Clinton House is a small, family-run nursing home on the outskirts of Larkhall. We were established in 1992, have 24 beds and Care Inspectorate Grade 4’s.

Essential for this role:
- Must be a Registered RMN/RGN (current PIN with NMC)
- Previous experience in elderly and dementia care.

Job Description:
You will have responsibility of leading the team, delivering a high standard of care to our Residents during the day ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing, in line with our Care Values here at Clinton House.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide and monitor nursing care for residents; responding to changes in Residents conditions.
Medication Management: ordering, changeover and administration.
Risk Assessing and writing Holistic Care Plans (digital system called Nourish)
Support staff during day shift for care delivery.
Arrange and participate in Care Reviews liaising with Keyworking teams, Residents and their loved ones.
Liaising with multidisciplinary teams.
Supervising day team with appraisals and development.
Follow all clinical, infection control, and safeguarding procedures.
Participate in Training in line with Registration Requirements and those of the company.
