Summary
Whitegate nursery school is a maintained nursery school for children from 6 months to 5 years. We have teacher led classes and highly trained and experienced practitioner teams.
Join our welcoming nursery school team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprentice and train on the job surrounded by experienced and well qualified staff including teachers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate apprentice who wants to support children to learn and develop. You must have a real desire to work with young children and be open to learning new skills and knowledge.
You will be supported by a class teacher and a team of early years practitioners. We will ensure you receive your off the job training entitlement and support your academic learning for the 24 months of your training.

Essential Qualifications
- For candidates aged 16-18, we require either evidence of Maths and English, or you must achieve these qualifications during the apprenticeship
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Level 4 - predicted or gained) or the desire to work towards this for over 19 years old
- Paediatric First Aid/First Aid Training
- Food Hygiene Training
