You’ll work 39 hours per week, with the chance to pick up extra hours for holiday cover.
Commission
There is an uncapped commission opportunity associated with this position, Encouraging guests to book again before they leave.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring all Guests are given a warm welcome, and a first-class service, setting the scene for a great experience at our park
Answering general enquiries to guests staying on our parks or locals using our facilities
Receiving calls and directing them to the correct departments including assisting with making bookings, or calling our guests out to give them all the information ahead of their stay with us
Liaise with the maintenance and accommodation departments with any maintenance and upkeep that is required of the guest accommodation units
Pay: From £12.88 per hour
