Duties
- Lead and supervise the dental nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and CQC regulations
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including preparing patients for procedures and assisting during treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards
- Ensure the sterilisation and cleanliness of all dental instruments and equipment
- Support the implementation of practice policies, procedures, and quality assurance programmes
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members to promote professional development
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth practice operations
- Liaise effectively with dentists, patients, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience as a Dental Nurse with CQC compliance knowledge
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management and record keeping
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to health & safety standards

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,250.00 per year
