LS Family Office Ltd provides a comprehensive relocation, lifestyle and concierge service to private clients and families moving to or already living in the UK. Working alongside our partner businesses, LS Legal Solicitors and LS Financial Group, we support clients through every stage of their move, from housing and schooling to finance, legal matters and day-to-day settling in. Many of the families we support are relocating from Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries, and our team reflects that international client base.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer to manage how LS Family Office communicates with clients, partners and the wider public. You will shape client-facing materials, manage our online presence and social media channels, and act as a first point of contact for reputation and communications matters across the business, working closely with our legal and financial partner teams to keep messaging accurate and consistent.
What you'll be doing
● Planning and delivering PR and communications activity for LS Family Office, including press liaison, client newsletters and website and social media content
● Managing and growing our presence across social media platforms, monitoring engagement and adjusting content strategy accordingly
● Drafting client-facing brochures, welcome packs and relocation guides, working with the concierge, legal and financial teams to keep content accurate and current
● Preparing briefing notes, press releases and public statements, including on UK immigration and relocation developments relevant to our clients
● Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, industry contacts and partner organisations
● Monitoring media coverage and online sentiment, and advising the Managing Director on reputational matters
● Supporting the coordination of client events, launches and promotional activity
● Producing internal and external communications in English, with Russian or Ukrainian language materials where relevant to particular clients
What we're looking for
● Proven experience in a public relations, communications or social media role
● Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting and proofreading skills
● Confidence managing multiple communications channels and stakeholders at once
● Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision
● An interest in, or willingness to learn about, UK immigration and relocation topics relevant to our client base
● Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a strong advantage, given our client base of families and businesses relocating to the UK, though this is not an essential requirement
