We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised Early Years qualification while developing the skills and confidence to build a rewarding career working with babies aged 0–5 years.
No previous childcare experience is required—just a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Practitioner, you will learn how to:
- Provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
- Build warm, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Support children's learning and development through play.
- Assist with feeding, changing nappies and daily care routines.
- Help plan fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Observe children's progress and contribute to learning records.
- Work as part of a supportive nursery team.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Learn about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how it supports children's development.

You should also:
- Be eligible to undertake an Early Years apprenticeship.
- Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred but not essential, depending on apprenticeship provider).
