Excellent opportunity for a competent Sous chef to join our brigade of chefs in our fresh food kitchen within our privately owned business with fantastic rate of pay for the right candidate.
Applicants must have 5 years catering experience in kitchens with 1 years experience at Sous level within a fresh food kitchen
Must be able to listen and communicate well under pressure whilst also assisting junior members of staff at anytime whilst being able to run own section unaided
Provide cover in the absence of the head chef and fulfil head chef duties
Menu planning and costing, wastage and portion control
Health and safety
Allergen safety
Admin and paperwork including sfbb
Ensuring daily and weekly cleaning is undertaken
45-48 hr week
