We are growing our Front of House Team!
The Clifton Club is looking for a committed service professional to supervise our tight-knit front-of-house team. We are proactive, bubbly, and hard-working, so we are searching for someone in a similar mould with a few years’ experience in the hospitality industry. We know many of our Members by name (and vice versa), so ideally, you are friendly, amenable and enjoy building rapport with a swathe of interesting characters.
Given our clientele, high standards are expected. We operate a traditional dining service and bar facility requiring great attention to detail and a can-do attitude. We are an Event Venue for both our Membership and Private Hirers, we are looking for an adaptable character who can lead a team of waiting staff, supervise daily reservations and small functions and deliver exceptional service to our patrons.
We are looking to fill a part-time position, 30 hours per week, including opening/closing key holding duties. Shifts will span daytime, evenings, and weekends. With opportunity to work more during busy Autumn/Winter periods.
We are a small and friendly team – Employees enjoy a great work life balance, fun nights out, pension scheme, staff meals and treats, local discounts at Club partners and of course competitive rates of pay and a monthly share of service charge.
