Second Bite is opening a new street food trailer, serving smash burgers, loaded fries, tacos, wings and fast, high-quality food with a strong brand and a busy service style.
We are looking for confident, reliable Front of House Staff to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, calm under pressure and comfortable dealing directly with customers.
The Role
You will be the face of Second Bite during service, helping customers order, keeping service moving and making sure every customer has a good experience.
Main duties include:
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Using the till/card payment system
- Calling out orders and handing food to customers
- Keeping the front counter clean and organised
- Restocking drinks, napkins, sauces and packaging
- Helping manage queues during busy periods
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and hygiene
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food environment
- Able to stay calm during busy service
- Good at speaking to customers
- Well organised and tidy
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, takeaways or food trucks would be useful, but attitude and reliability are more important.
