ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing check-ins and appointment bookings, handling client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit. You'll also prepare and serve refreshments (coffee and other beverages) in our reception area, take payments for treatments and retail products, and ensure our high clinic standards of service are upheld across the reception and treatment room areas.
Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across reception in line with clinic protocols, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations throughout the week - maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that MediZen prides itself on. You will also be required to assist with ad hoc clinic events, such as open evenings and product launches.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in a high-end clinic or similar environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Computer literacy (experience with booking/clinic management systems such as Zenoti is a plus)
- Driven, with a passion for excellence
- Ready and willing to share ideas
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role (medical, aesthetic, or hospitality settings preferred)
