We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join the team!
Located in Teignmouth, Sunnycroft & Ashdown are adjoining properties offering supported living to 3 adults in Sunnycroft and 11 adults in Ashdown. The homes are situated near to local amenities, travel links and local health services and are just a 10-minute walk from the town centre.
Sunnycroft & Ashdown incorporate a range of communal spaces, including an enabling kitchen where residents can prepare and serve drinks and meals, either on their own or with some support. A dedicated space is also available in the garden where residents can grow their own food.
What You’ll be Doing
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
- Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
