Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Moped Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for motivated individuals who own a moped and possess a valid Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) license. Duties
- Safely operate your own moped to deliver orders promptly across designated areas
- Verify delivery details and ensure accurate order fulfillment before dispatching to customers
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during all customer interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe transportation at all times
- Keep delivery records organized and report any issues or delays immediately
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed, ensuring items are handled carefully
Qualifications
- Own a reliable moped with valid CBT license (mandatory)
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have good navigation skills and familiarity with local areas for efficient deliveries
- Prior experience in delivery or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
