Join Our Team – Day Care Assistant
We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of those we support.
Pay Rates
- £13.00 per hour standard rate
- £14.00 per hour enhanced rate for staff who:
- Complete all mandatory training
- Attend required team meetings
- Maintain a good attendance record with low sickness absence
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers.
- Help residents maintain their daily routines, including meal preparation, eating, and hydration.
- Follow individual care plans and provide person-centred support.
- Monitor and respond to residents' changing needs throughout the day.
- Provide companionship and encourage participation in social and recreational activities to promote emotional and mental well-being.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice, and respect at all times.
