We are seeking a friendly and professional cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders with attentiveness and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing recommendations and answering queries about menu items
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest behaviour and intervening when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles within a restaurant or bar environment is required
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area clean and well-stocked
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
