We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Lettings Property Manager to join our friendly team based in Hayle, Cornwall.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and confident person who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day management of our portfolio of residential rental properties and providing a friendly, professional service to our landlords and tenants.
No two days in lettings are quite the same. You’ll be involved in all stages of the rental process, dealing with a wide range of situations and helping to ensure our properties and tenancies are managed smoothly, efficiently and in line with current legislation.
You’ll spend time both in the office and out and about across our portfolio, meeting landlords and tenants, visiting properties and dealing with the practical day-to-day matters that come with managing rental homes.
Following a period of training and familiarisation, we’d expect you to become confident working independently, using your own initiative and judgement while knowing that support is always available when needed.
Our portfolio covers much of West Cornwall, from Redruth to St Ives and Marazion to Newlyn, so this is definitely not a role where you’ll spend every day sitting behind a desk.
About You
More important than previous industry experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and approach. You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- The confidence to use your own initiative and make sensible decisions.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Your own car.
Pay: £25,500.00 per year
