We have a vacancy for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our busy Complex Works team.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the operational delivery of a team, responsible for a coordinated approach to triaging, ordering, and managing damp and mould, complex and disrepair work while ensuring compliance with all health and safety and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the Housing Act 2004, The Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code, and the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 (also known as Awaab’s Law).
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving productivity and maximising income and profitability through the delivery of the annual budget work programme. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a professional approach to managing client relationships and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
