They are driven and self-motivated, taking initiative without waiting to be micromanaged, while still valuing structure, training, and clear standards. They understand that being part of a strong team means following direction when needed and maintaining consistency across every shift.
Most importantly, they are trustworthy. When responsibility is in their hands, tasks are completed to 100% , no shortcuts, no excuses. They multitask efficiently, have an excellent memory, and can learn on the spot. Long hours do not discourage them; instead, they are motivated to demonstrate their full capability.
We are not looking for someone who thinks they could do the job. We are looking for someone who knows they can deliver at a high level and wants to become even better.
For the right person, this can be more than a part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Bartender:
- Able to prepare the bar for service at the start of the shift, including setting up cups, tools, ingredients, and equipment. At the end of the shift, able to clean the bar thoroughly, including dismantling nozzles, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning equipment, as well as restocking all supplies and ensuring the bar is fully ready for the next shift.
- Greet and guide guests through the menu with recommendations.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Monitor and control alcohol consumption in compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Restock bar inventory as needed throughout the shift - not just at the end
Gaming Attendant
No previous experience needed for this part - training will be given.
This is a fast-paced role where multitasking is essential. You must be able to stay calm, organised, and professional at all times.
Our game sessions start on the hour. This means that up to 10 groups , sometimes with as many as 10 people per group ,may arrive within the same 10-minute window before their booking, exactly on time, or slightly late. You will need to manage arrivals efficiently, assist each group with their booking, process payments where required, and ensure everyone is ready to begin on schedule.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing game bookings accurately
- Processing payments and handling transactions confidently
- Greeting customers and directing them to their assigned games
- Explaining how the games work in a clear and friendly manner
- Assisting guests during their session when required
- Monitoring gaming equipment to ensure proper function
- Reporting any errors, malfunctions, or technical issues to management immediately
- Escalating any customer concerns or situations you are unsure about to management promptly
- Ensuring all gaming activities comply with venue policies and regulations
- Promoting responsible gaming practices
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and secure gaming area at all times
