Airbnb & Home Cleaner (Self-Employed Subcontractor)
Location: London (multiple locations)
Pay: £35–£60 per property (depending on size)
Hours: Flexible, mainly between 11:00am – 3:00pm
Contract: Self-Employed Subcontractor (Zero-Hours)
Payment: Weekly
Spotless Sneaks - Property Services is looking for reliable and professional cleaners to join our growing team. We specialise in Airbnb turnover cleaning and residential home cleaning across London.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Complete high-quality Airbnb turnover and residential cleans.
- Change bedding and prepare properties for incoming guests.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard.
- Restock toiletries and essentials where required.
- Carry out a final quality check before leaving the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage immediately.
- Take completion photos after every clean.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Own transport or ability to travel independently between properties.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Able to work independently.
- Smartphone with WhatsApp.
- Available to work primarily between 11:00am and 3:00pm, including some weekends.
