Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valetor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles, ensuring they meet high standards of appearance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Clean and valet vehicles both inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and detailing.
- Ensure each vehicle is presented to the highest standards before delivery or display.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the valet area and organise equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Assist with minor vehicle inspections to identify any cosmetic damages or issues needing attention.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients during vehicle drop-off and collection.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience is preferred.
- Basic driving skills are required to move vehicles safely within the premises.
- Customer service experience is advantageous, as the role involves direct interaction with clients.
- A responsible attitude towards maintaining vehicle appearance and safety standards is essential.
