Full-Time & Part-Time | £12.00–£13.50 per hour | Opening Team
We're opening something special on one of Belgravia's most iconic streets - a beautifully designed, matcha café built around premium ceremonial matcha, quiet luxury and genuinely great hospitality. We're now looking for a baker to join us as a member of the opening team.
This isn't just another bakery job. You'll help shape the standard, the quality and the food offering from day one and grow with us as the brand grows.
What You'll Do
· Prepare and bake our range of café items to a consistent standard
· Help prepare and present our food offering to reflect the premium Onyx Matcha Club brand
· Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen at all times
· Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures to the highest standard
· Help manage stock, minimise waste and ensure products are always fresh and beautifully presented
· Bring energy and ideas as we build a brand from the ground up
What We're Looking For
· A positive personality and a genuine passion for baking
· Pride in doing things properly - quality, detail and consistency matter here
· A proactive, hardworking team player who takes ownership
· Previous bakery or professional kitchen experience is a strong plus, but not essential for the right person
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
