We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, one of Cornwall/ Devons leading internet providers, for a New Business Sales Agent to join their team in Liskeard. This is a temporary to permanent hybrid opportunity focused on generating and following up on leads for the company.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with the chance to secure a permanent contract after 12 consecutive weeks. During the temporary period, you'll earn £13.75 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. Once permanent, you'll move onto a salary of £26,227.50 - £28,500 plus commission.
Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Shift rota between Monday and Saturday

Shifts are 9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm

If you work a Saturday, you'll receive a day off in lieu during the week.
Working Pattern

Based at the Liskeard Head Office
-
5 days in the office during your first 5-6 weeks for onboarding and training.

Following this, hybrid working of up to 2 days from home is available, subject to manager approval.
What you'll be doing:

Handling inbound sales enquiries.

Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads.

Converting enquiries into sales.

Upselling and cross-selling broadband packages.

Providing excellent customer service.
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous sales or customer service experience.

Is confident speaking to customers over the phone.

Enjoys working towards targets.
