Beercocks is looking for a creative, organised and detail-focused Property Content Specialist to join our team. This role could be full time or part time.
This is a varied role, based in the west hull area, where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for creating the marketing materials that bring every property to life before it goes to market.
From visiting properties to capture photography, floor plans and video tours, to writing engaging property descriptions and preparing each property for launch, you'll play a key role in showcasing every home to the highest standard.
While experience within property, photography or marketing is advantageous, we're primarily looking for someone with a genuine passion for property, a creative eye, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage their workload effectively. We'll provide full training on the equipment and systems we use.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
As a Property Content Specialist, you'll work closely with our branch teams and media department to ensure every property is professionally presented and ready to launch.
Main Responsibilities
- Visit properties to capture high-quality photography.
- Produce accurate floor plans using our in-house equipment and software.
- Film engaging walk-through property videos.
- Capture additional photo and video content for our social media team in line with our branding and guidelines.
- Write engaging and accurate property descriptions, ensuring each home's key selling features are highlighted.
- Prepare each property's marketing materials to a consistently high standard.
- Manage your own workload and ensure every property progresses efficiently from appointment through to being market ready.
- Liaise with branch teams to ensure all information is gathered and marketing deadlines are met.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency across all property marketing.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and procedures.
- Assist other areas of the business where required.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to every task.
- The ability to manage your own workload and see tasks through to completion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging property descriptions.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience within property, photography, content creation or a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
