About PalTank
PalTank is an ISO tank operator dedicated to the movement of wines and spirits globally. We work with some leading brands, with a team of over 30 members of staff mainly based in Southport, UK and having team members based in Europe and South Africa.
Role – Operations Administrator
You will be a member of our Operations Team which is responsible for all logistical operations in the delivery and loading process, with ensuring goods are delivered/loaded on time and undamaged paramount.
Duties involve supporting team members in ensuring all logistical operations are carried out efficiently and follow legislations, policies and procedures, such as port clearance and ISO Standards.
You will also be assisting the Operations Manager with operational planning and providing comprehensive administrative support to the fast-paced Operations Team.
The role will be based in our office in Southport.
Key Responsibilities:
· Updating internal databases
· Creating and submitting shipping documents along with loading and delivery documents for hauliers
· Maintaining KPI data for key clients
Required experience and skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· A natural team player, with a “can do” attitude who enjoys the responsibility of a providing a key supportive role
Organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and pay attention to detail
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
