We’re seeking the services of a Maintenance Technician – Plumbing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of plumbing systems across the hotel, residences, and villas, while also supporting general maintenance needs when required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems throughout guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, residences, and villas.
- Respond promptly to plumbing-related work orders including leaks, blocked drains, low water pressure, running toilets, faulty fixtures, water heater issues, and guest-reported concerns.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on plumbing infrastructure, including inspections of pumps, valves, drains, pipework, water heaters, filtration systems, and related equipment.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, showers, toilets, traps, hoses, drains, and associated fittings to five-star presentation standards.
- Monitor water systems for safe and efficient operation, escalating issues involving major leaks, pressure faults, pumps, boilers, or specialist contractor support to the Chief Engineer.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and parts usage for plumbing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and room condition reports.
- Support general maintenance duties, emergency response, property upkeep, and heavy lifting where required by operational needs.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing maintenance, repair, or installation experience, preferably within a hotel, resort, residence, or similar high-standard property environment.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, domestic water supply, drainage, pumps, valves, fixtures, leak detection, and basic troubleshooting.
- Previous experience working in a hotel property is required; experience with hotel-managed villas or residences is an asset.
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly, complete repairs cleanly and safely, and minimise disruption to guests, residents, and hotel operations.
- Strong record-keeping, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise urgent repairs, and operate under minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and in good health; capable of heavy lifting, outdoor work, and working in plant rooms, service areas, and confined spaces where required.
- Committed to five-star service standards and currently possessing a valid US or UK Visa.
