We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Laboratory Technical Support professional to join our Technical Team at our Worcester headquarters.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Laboratory Technical Support specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products perform as expected by conducting laboratory testing, supporting product development initiatives, and providing accurate technical reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting compatibility testing between OBEX products and customer materials
- Recording test results, observations, and conditions accurately
- Preparing technical reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting quality control, dual sourcing, and new product development activities
- Preparing and dispatching samples for external laboratory testing
- Developing and improving laboratory processes and procedures
- Maintaining organised, safe, and compliant laboratory facilities
- Supporting supplier validations and alternative material approvals
- Assisting with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) activities
- Building technical knowledge to support the wider Technical Team when required

Experience within a laboratory, testing, quality, manufacturing, construction, engineering, materials, or technical environment would be highly advantageous
