Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part-time Cleaner with key holding responsibilities to join our team. The successful candidate will be entrusted with opening and closing premises, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property. This role offers flexibility for those seeking part-time work, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail. Experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services is highly desirable, although training will be provided where necessary. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas, adhering to company standards.
- Handle key holding duties responsibly, including unlocking and locking the premises at designated times.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored securely when not in use.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Uphold confidentiality and security procedures when handling keys and access points.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous.
- Trustworthy with a responsible attitude towards key holding duties.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and security.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allocated periods.
