Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team, offering the convenience of a company vehicle for travel between clients’ premises. Duties
- Clean and maintain residential properties to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all areas are tidy, organised, and hygienic according to client specifications
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within allocated timeframes
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Assist with organising cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any special requests or feedback
Skills
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light household tasks when required
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple appointments
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while following instructions accurately
- Valid driving licence is preferred to utilise the company vehicle for travel between locations
