Your Role:
As a Potwash Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and dishes: Ensure that pots, pans, plates, utensils, and other kitchen equipment are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assist with waste management: Dispose of kitchen waste safely and responsibly, keeping the workspace clean and free of clutter.
- Maintain hygiene standards: Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations, making sure that cleaning procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Assist with general cleaning duties: Help with cleaning surfaces, floors, and other areas of the kitchen to maintain a spotless environment.
- Support kitchen operations: Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure all equipment is ready for use and service runs smoothly.
