Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our office operations. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes through accurate data entry and record keeping
- Handling mail distribution and managing office supplies inventory
- Providing general administrative support to team members to ensure operational efficiency
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Good understanding of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems as needed
