Bar Staff are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of the bar in a fast-paced late-night and student entertainment venue. The role involves preparing and serving drinks, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
· Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
· Engage positively with customers to create an enjoyable venue experience.
· Operate Challenge 25 procedures and request identification where required.
· Refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals in a professional manner.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar and customer areas.
· Report incidents, accidents, hazards, or suspicious behaviour to management promptly.
· Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked during service.
· Support new team members and participate in staff training.
