Bloom is set to become one of the city's most exciting new venues, combining premium drinks, exceptional service, immersive entertainment and an unforgettable atmosphere. We're looking for natural leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have previous bar or supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and the confidence to motivate a team during busy service. Working alongside the management team, you'll help maintain exceptional operational standards, support staff development and ensure every guest receives first-class service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the venue.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.
- Support, coach and motivate the bar team.
- Assist with bookings, VIP experiences and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high operational, cleanliness and licensing standards.
- Help achieve sales targets through outstanding service and team performance.
- Support the management team with training and developing new staff.
- Help establish Bloom as one of Bristol's premier nightlife destinations.
