Your Role
We already have a great team across Food & Beverage and throughout the hotel. We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who will lead by example, support the team and help us maintain consistently high standards. You’ll be:
- Supervising the day-to-day running of Food & Beverage shifts.
- Leading, supporting and motivating team members.
- Delivering friendly, professional and attentive guest service.
- Making sure all areas are clean, organised and properly prepared.
- Setting up and overseeing conferences, functions and events.
- Allocating duties and checking that work has been completed correctly.
- Training and developing new and existing team members.
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Following licensing, food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures.
- Supporting stock control, cash handling and the opening and closing of department.
- Working closely with the kitchen, reception and other hotel departments.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous hospitality experience – we’ll provide full training. What matters is that you are:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
- Reliable and happy to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Positive and proactive, even when it’s busy
- A team player who also takes responsibility for their own tasks
- Proud to deliver service that keeps guests coming back
Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar or events environment would be preferred. However, we would also welcome applications from experienced Food & Beverage team members who are ready to take the next step into supervision.
