As Pastry Chef, you will take ownership of the pastry section, working closely with the senior team to deliver desserts that match the overall quality and ambition of the menu.
You will be given the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine your techniques, and work with outstanding ingredients in a kitchen that values attention to detail.
Duties:
- Prepare and present high-quality desserts, breads, and pastry items
- Maintain consistency, precision, and presentation standards
- Contribute to seasonal menu development
- Manage the pastry section during service
- Ensure excellent hygiene, organisation, and section control
