THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Digital Marking Coach/Trainer, you will deliver impactful learning experiences for apprentices completing L3 Digital Marketing & Social Media apprenticeships.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Program Development and Delivery
- Develop, implement, and conduct learning and assessment services aligned with apprenticeship objectives and outcomes
- Continuously gage feedback, improve learning materials and resources to support delivery needs
- Lead on student reviews to track performance and client experience.
Assessment and Evaluation
- Complete workplace assessments using various methods (observation, professional discussions, expert witness testimony)
- Accurately document learners' assessment records and report success metrics
- Develop strategies to improve quality, engagement and effectiveness of the program
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with partner companies and employers
- Ensure alignment between apprenticeship outcomes and employer expectations
Essential Requirements
- A proven track record in education or a Marketing role (higher education, instructor-led training, conference speaking, and/or eLearning)
- Knowledgeable in key Marketing areas such as SEO, developing campaign strategies, video-editing.
- Knowledgeable of tools such as Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Social Media platforms or a willingness to learn more of.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and transforming people’s career.
- Educated to a degree level
- PGCE desirable not essential
- UK Driver's License

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 7.5 – 15 per week
