St Helena Hospice is looking for a Quality & Compliance Administrator for 3 days per week (Tues, Weds, Thurs) working 18 hours per week.
The main duties of this role are:
- Planning and organisation of key meetings.
- Produce timely minutes of meetings, ensuring actions are logged and monitored, and relevant Sentinel modules are updated.
- Maintain relevant reporting data as determined by service requirements.
- Manage applications for medical records.
- Support Quality and Compliance team with reporting.
- Support Quality and Patient Safety Officer with clinical audit and policy work.
- Provide annual leave cover to the Quality and Patient Safety Officer
