- Bring structure and clarity to project information by applying BEPs, information requirements, CDE processes and ISO 19650-aligned standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams and internal colleagues to solve coordination, buildability and installability challenges.
- Create and review coordinated drawings, schedules, model outputs and technical deliverables that support key project milestones.
- Champion model quality, data consistency and practical digital improvements that make delivery smoother for everyone involved.
- Share your knowledge with junior coordinators, helping develop confidence, consistency and best practice across the team.
What We’re Looking For

- A relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering, Construction, Digital Engineering, BIM, CAD or a related discipline would be a great advantage.
- Significant experience supporting live UK construction projects, ideally within building services or the wider MEP sector.
- Confidence working with BIM Execution Plans, model delivery plans, QA checks and structured project deliverables.
- A clear, collaborative communication style when working with design teams, contractors, clients and project stakeholders.
Key Skills You’ll Bring
- Advanced Revit MEP modelling and coordination skills across mechanical, electrical and public health services.
- Proficient in the use of clash detection software such as Navisworks Manager, Revitso and ACC.
- Good understanding of ISO 19650, CDE workflows, information management and BIM delivery standards.
